San Diego Event Decor began in 1986 as Balloons
Unlimited by Shirley Ann Rogers, a two-time breast
Cancer survivor wanting more out of life. With
Continued success the company began diversifying
from balloons to floral, props, lighting, special effects
And draping fabrics for special events, and along
with clients urging us to change our name to better
Describe our services, Balloons Unlimited became
San Diego Event Decor Company in 2001.
